Quietly located on the heights of Vercorin, it was completely renovated in 2020, with a pleasant and tasteful layout by the owners who also use it for their private use. Ideal for family holidays, nature and sports lovers in summer and winter. The space Our spacious chalet allows up to two families (8 people) to stay comfortably thanks to the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room. A large, equipped, south-facing terrace, and a large, wide, north-facing balcony with views of the mountains. The terrace also has a fireplace for grilling. The cottage is flowered and wooded, with two grass areas. Living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen and Swedish stove. Table with extension for 8-12 people. 3 bedrooms (double bed 160 x 200, double bed 160 x 200, bunk bed for 4 people 200 x 200). Storage in all bedrooms. Living room with sofa bed and TV. Free Wi-Fi. 2 shower rooms, 1 separate toilet High chairs for children (2x), baby bed (1x) and safety fence. Private parking spaces for 5 cars. Non-smoking accommodation. No pets allowed. Indoor and outdoor games (summer) for children. Bed covers and household/kitchen linen are included in the rental, as is the final cleaning. Guest access Tenants have access to the entire chalet, including indoor and outdoor games, firewood, utensils and appliances, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine (product included) and a drying rack. Other things to note Bed covers and linens/kitchen towels are included in the rental. *Access Vercorin can be accessed by cable car from Chalais, or by car via one of the 2 access roads (from Grône or Chalais). *Ski access From our chalet and depending on the snow conditions, you can reach the cable car departures directly on skis, with return also on skis. The ski lifts are also easily accessible by car (5') or on foot (15'). In winter, a shuttle bus passes in front of the chalet every 30 minutes (high season) and every hour (low season). *Toddlers Le Creux du Lavioz is a 5-minute walk from the chalet. In winter it is a ski learning area for children, and in summer a sports and relaxation area (tennis, pétanque, pumtrack, games for children, catering). *Shops Supermarket, sports shop, ski or mountain bike rental, bakery, restaurants, bars, tourist office in the center of the village (3 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot)
