The space The space The Ferris Hideaway is the Entire top level of the home. This house has three bedrooms and one bathroom on one side of the home and a Master Bedroom and Master ensuite Bathroom located on the other side of the home. Large open concept Kitchen and Living-room with large island gives you lots of cooking and entertainment space. With this rental includes private access to the entire yard and pool and deck. We do not live on site in the basement apartment, but we are there some of the time and use the garage for our business (minimal use) but respect your space and give you full privacy to the space and the house. Guest access Entire upstairs of house, Entire Deck, Entire Backyard Other things to note Pets are allowed. We own five small dogs that are fenced in completely separate sections from the guest yard. May possibly hear them on occasion. They are leashed at any times guests may interact with them. We also have a cat.
