The underfloor heating in the bathroom is blissful, the 6’6”long superking bed can be set as twins. There's a breakfast bar, cereals, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery & crockery. Fresh milk provided daily or as requested. An entrance porch allows you in from the rain, it is Wales! If I"m not around, there is a key safe to let you into your private hallway with room for wet gear & boots. The space Own private hall, with boot tray, hangers and small radiator to dry off coats etc. Large bedroom with two windows, blackout blinds and day/night blinds for complete privacy. Breakfast station and dressing table/desk plus ample plug points. Lots of lamps and lights to create your own ambience. Super king bed or large singles. Ensuite bathroom with rain shower and adjustable height attachment shower head. A small gravel outdoor seating area by the veg garden to have breakfast or unwind in after a long day. Guest access Own front door and hallway leading into your private bedroom and bathroom. Shared porch with main house. There is a small outdoor seating area under the cherry tree looking over the vegetable garden that guests can use. (Please be reminded there is a no smoking/vaping policy throughout the property). During your stay I am usually around for part of the day if needed, or contactable by phone. I am studying Level 3 BSL. Other things to note This is a bungalow so there are no stairs, there is however a small step across the threshold and one into your private hall from the porch. To access the outdoor seating area there are several steps.
