Fully furnished apartment with 1 queen bed with mattress, a sofa, brand new air-conditioner, 43-inch smart TV (Netflix-ready!), water heater, refrigerator, induction cooker, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils and table wares. You can cook LIGHT meals. Please just be very mindful and attentive to your cooking at all times to prevent any possible fire accidents, and always clean up all the messes. Cost for overnight parking in the building: 400-500 Php multiple entry. In the clubhouse, 440 Php also multiple entry. Other things to note We provide fresh towels (maximum 1 towel per guest), soap and shampoos. An extra mattress and a camping bed (both single) are available if needed. If check-in is from 6pm onwards, an extra charge of 300 PhP will need to be given to Anavel, for her rental tricycle cost as no more jeeps ply that area from 6pm. P.S.
