El refugio de Porma duplex

Our lovely 65m2 apartment is located in Puebla de Lillo, a small town in the province of León, 15 minutes by car from the San Isidro Ski Resort, an 1.5hrs from Gijón and Oviedo and 52 minutes from the Picos de Europa National Park or 2,5hrs from Covadonga. It is a perfect place to relax and connect with nature. For up to 4 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The space In a building with an elevator, the apartment is located on the 1st floor. As you can see in the photos, the dúplex consists of the following spaces. MAIN FLOOR * A lounge area with sofa, television and fireplace * Separate kitchen with dining table. Washer-dryer with outdoor mode for sports clothing. No dishwasher available. * Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds of 190x190 * Full bathroom with shower UPSTAIRS FLOOR * Cozy chill-out den with cushions to relax * Bedroom 1 with a 140x200 double bed * Full bathroom 2 with shower * Storage room that is accessed from the bedroom where you can store your skis or bikes. It is a warm and welcoming space, designed to provide the best stay for the guest. Note: The parking space in the garage downstairs is used to store firewood for the winter for the free use of the guests. There are plenty of spaces to park on the street in fron of the building. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The house has heating through a fireplace in the living room, 2 paraffin stoves and 2 portable electric radiators. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of 65 liters: it is important to know that it can run out and then, there is a waiting time for it to fill it again. Parking on the street is available and free of charge. The travel crib and high chair are always in the house, stored in the closet. If you let us know in advance, we'll prepare them for you. *NO WiFi available* Other things to note If you're arriving later than 20:00, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :) Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register. If you don't provide the requested data before arriving, your reservation will be canceled without refund. Thank you for your understanding.
