Classic Minneapolis craftsman home in a quiet lakes neighborhood just one block from Lake Nokomis, Lake Hiawatha, and Minnehaha Creek. Walk or bike scenic trails, visit nearby Minnehaha Falls, and explore great restaurants, cafés, breweries, and parks. Pet-friendly stay with beautiful creek and lake paths nearby. Light rail a few blocks away connects directly to MSP Airport and downtown—otherwise under 10 minutes by car. The space Front porch: This is the front entrance to the house and get's incredible light! Perfect for your morning coffee, a hangout spot, or can function as a comfortable space to come & go (A mudroom of sorts for shoes etc., especially during colder months) Livingroom / diningroom: this open space has a designated workspace, television, sound bar, large sectional, and a dining table to fit 4 comfortably. Bedroom: A plush queen-sized bed, room-darkening curtains and ceiling fan make for a particularly restful night's sleep here. This cozy nook of a room has dimmable lighting and is great for catching up on rest or an evening of reading and relaxing. Kitchen: Bright, spacious, french doors that open to the private backyard - this kitchen has everything you need for preparing delicious food & listening to music (please use the record player or plug your phone into the speaker jack). Bathroom: A cheerful corner of the house with a spacious shower, ample storage, sink & toilet. Laundry: Washer, dryer & drying rack can be found in the back of the basement (just off the bathroom down a short flight of stairs). Back porch: A large back deck for dining, sipping some wine with friends, or just taking in the beautiful weather in from the spacious, gated backyard. Guest access The entirety of the house Other things to note Pets are welcome to stay with a pet fee. Please let me know if you will have any furry friends stay with you you when you book.
