This penthouse condo sits high above the main channel with the most breathtaking views of the lake! It's truly your home away from home. A chef's paradise, this condo features a kitchen equipped with high-quality utensils and appliances. The space There are four bedrooms, all with king beds and four full private baths. One of the bedrooms also has a pair of bunk beds. Up to 12 people can sleep comfortably! Guest access You'll have the whole third-story, top level condo and can access saltwater swimming pools on-site (seasonal,) a tennis/basketball court and a clubhouse and fitness room. Other things to note Location: 14-mile marker, Emerald Bay Condominiums, off Horseshoe Bend Parkway, near Village of Four Seasons. ***NO PARTIES*** Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Only two parking permits are available. This is patrolled. Additional cars can be parked at nearby grocery store. A $300 charge will be applied for each parking tag that is not returned to the condo at the end of your stay. No gas grills or fireworks, please. We have a Traeger you are welcome to use.
