This is a well loved (young) family home. It is a light and airy upside down house with Juliette balcony with views of Bude downs. The house is clean and comfortable. We welcome couples or young families. It is on a lovely road and is 5/10 minute walk into the town, beach, canal and local restaurants. There is one parking space on a shared drive, otherwise there is free parking on the road. The space Amenities are close by and within walking distance. We offer use of facilities such as washing machine, tumble dryer or airer and freezer. We have two bedrooms available downstairs one with ensuite and doors leading out to the patio. Patio offers a table and chairs. Unfortunately we do not offer use of a bbq. Guest access The property is semi detached and at the back of a house. You have a private entrance which is accessed via a shared driveway. During your stay I will be there to greet you on most occasions. If not alternative will be given. Other things to note If you have small children, please be aware that the patio is fairly uneven and you may need to watch them if they are tottering around. Please note: There have been some slight changes to the house (photos) since having two small children. Mainly the dining table is in a different place and that space now has a book case and children toys unit (please feel free to use during your staying). The twin bedroom- decor has changed to suit a small child’s bedroom (but does not affect use).
