The accommodation consists of a living room (with a fireplace) open to a functional kitchen. A room with toilet and hand basin, as well as a dressing room is also on the ground floor. Two large bay windows open onto a 120 m2 wooden terrace with garden furniture, a large table for outdoor lunch/dinner with a barbecue. A wood-fired Jacuzzi completes this terrace. All bathed in sunshine or in the shade of pine and blue cedar. Upstairs are two bedrooms. A first, master bedroom with a 160/200 bed and a second that corresponds more to a children's bedroom with a single bed (90/190) that can be converted into 2 beds (pull-out bed) and a smaller bed suitable for a child from about 3 to 7 years old. Bathroom with views of nature and large walk-in shower completes the floor. The interior has been completely refurbished. Outside, part orchard, part pine forest and part left wild with a natural diversity of flora. Fruit trees and flowers of all kinds.
