Any guest beyond 18 are considered extra guests and a fee of $30 per guest per night will apply. ★ Self-Check-In ★ Arriving later than expected? No problem! Our seamless self-check-in process allows you to access the property at your convenience. ★ Early Check-In or Luggage Drop-Off ★ Standard check-in is at 4 PM, but if you need to arrive earlier, we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or allow you to drop off your luggage while our housekeeping team prepares the space. Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to assist you! ★ NO Pets allowed ($500 fine) ★ ★ Absolutely NO smoking in the unit ★ Please, we want to ensure the guest checking in after you will enjoy the place just as you have. There will be a fine of $1,000 if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our unit as this can ruin our future guests' experience. This fine cover additional professional cleaning, labor, and any other maintenance costs. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us.
