Make your stay extra comfy in this clean, stylish home. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place, just 5 minutes from Syracuse University Campus, LeMoyne College, Crouse Hospital and Upstate University Hospital. This location is a quick drive to downtown Syracuse (Armory Square), with a variety of restaurants and shops to visit during your stay. Easy access, less than 10 minutes from both highways, 690 & 81 for seamless transportation and travel in the area. The space I bought this little cutie in 2019 and have been working tirelessly to turn it into the cozy cottage it is today. I did the majority of the renovations myself with help along the way from my handy pops and a family friend who taught me the ropes and then set me free to failed and redo a million times, but most importantly learn a ton on my own! While I’m off doing my own traveling I wanted to share the magic with all of the other travelers around the globe, who will hopefully love and appreciate cozying up, by themselves or with family and friends in my little cottage just as much as I do! The morning sunrise on the back of the house tenderly kisses you awake and the sunset in the living room will make your heart do backflips, at least mine does every time I see it, I’m quite literally stopped in my tracks with whatever I’m doing! My home is pet friendly with a 2 pet limit (flexible within reason) & there is a $70.00 non-refundable pet fee. Please add your pets in the check-out section underneath the number of guests and it is super helpful to include pet request information with your booking requests, I really appreciate the heads up! Unfortunately, I could not make the back patio accessible directly from the inside, but you can access the backyard with either fence gate! I apologize for the inconvenience, it was not ideal, but the backyard is quite lovely in the spring and summer, especially when everything is in bloom! There is NO basement/laundry room access or garage access for guests. Other things to note This is a Cape Cod style home. Some things to note: The upstairs bedroom layout is master suite style. There is NO door going up the stairs leading to the master suite. There is NO door on the upstairs full bathroom (there is a full bathroom with a tub, which is not shown in the photo, on the main level) There are French doors leading into the bedroom, but no privacy curtain covering the windows.
