Spacious loft conversion in Stanton

We have recently converted our loft into a bright and welcoming space, comprising: Main bedroom with kitchenette, sofa, and ensuite shower room; Comfortable lounge with view over paddocks; Second double bedroom. NB. small extra charge applies if needed for extra guest(s), who can use separate bathroom downstairs if required. Well behaved dogs are welcome. A dog/child gate at top of stairs keeps them separate from our friendly Whippet! More bedroom space available in the house if required. The space Our home is set in 8 acres of extensive gardens and paddocks, hidden away in the village of Stanton, just 3 mins walk from local pub / shops & 20 mins drive from Bury St Edmunds. The loft conversion comprises the whole upstairs space. Kitchenette comes well equipped with kettle, fridge, microwave, double compartment air fryer, coffee maker and toaster plus cooking utensils. The fridge has is no frozen food facility, but guests can access ice and use a little space from an external freezer if required. The lounge area has a large dining table and chairs, plus a 2 seater sofa and two leather armchairs. You are also welcome to use the outside covered Veranda area if you wish to sit or eat outside whilst you are staying with us. You are free to wander around the extensive garden and meet the horses too! Guest access You access the stairs via our front door and hall area, but all the upstairs space is yours! You have a key to the front door, and to the main bedroom, so you can come and go as you please. You can use a dog gate located at top of the stairs to prevent our friendly Whippet from accessing your area - unless you want him up there! During your stay We will aim to personally greet you on arrival, but arrangements can be made to leave a key in key safe for you if this is not possible. You have sole access to the space up the stairs, although we may very rarely need to go up there for items stored in one of the rooms or loft storage. We are social, and we have another AirBnB room located downstairs which is also accessed via the hall area, so it is likely that you will get to chat with us, and possibly to other guests too. Blue, our friendly Whippet, also likes to interact with guests, but you can easily prevent him from accessing your space. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the house, but you can do so outside, including under cover on the Veranda, if required. You are very welcome to use the Veranda, which has table & chairs, when the weather allows!
