Good Vibes on the Prom Coast

Nestled between the pristine Cape Liptrap Coastal Park and the rolling countryside of South Gippsland is Good Vibes, a spacious, light filled and cozy home. Visit the stunning and historic Walkerville coastline. Explore the caves and rock pools of the Magic Beach. Travel a little further afield to Wilsons Promontory. Or light up the fireplace and watch the sun set over the pastures of the adjacent farmstead. Whatever you decide, Good Vibes is the perfect base for your Prom Coast getaway. The space The house boasts two floors with high ceilings and large windows that makes you feel truly immersed in the country setting. Upstairs is the main open living room with full kitchen, dining table and large adjacent deck overlooking our neighbouring farm and pastures. The west facing deck with bbq and outdoor lounge, offers incredible sunsets to end your day. The living space is also equipped with a wood heater to keep you toasty on those cooler nights. Upstairs is two bedrooms with built in robes, ceiling fans and heater panels. The bedrooms have french doors with access to a personal terrace. The upstairs bathroom has a large shower and toilet. Downstairs you’ll find a large second living room giving access to the grassed backyard, with games and puzzles for all ages. There is a large laundry with washer and dryer. The two bedrooms downstairs have built in robes and heater panels. Both bedrooms have french doors with access to a personal terrace. The downstairs bathroom has a bath/shower and a toilet. Super fast Starlink Internet plus two smart TVs with Disney, Netflix and Kayo Sports included. Please note mobile reception with non-Telstra carriers is limited in the area. Local wildlife: Our neighbours are often hundreds of cows and sheep, and sometimes koalas in the trees surrounding the residence. Remember to be mindful on the roads of wombats, kangaroos, wallabies, deer and echidnas (especially at dusk and dawn). Many amazing birds are found in the area. Along with common and less common species of cockatoos & rosellas, Wedge-tailed Eagles can often be observed circling above farmland, and you may spot (or hear!) Lyrebirds on the trip to the Walkerville foreshore. The local coastline is also a popular location for whale watching during the migration season. Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy. Access is provided via an external key-lock. Lock code will be provided on day of arrival. Early check in and/or late check out is usually possible, depending on the cleaning schedule.
