Enjoy a weekend away in our nearly 150-year old restored farmhouse in Winterville, GA. Located in the heart of the Historic District of Winterville, we are a short walk to the local park, bookstore, library, doctor museum and more, and only a 12 minute drive to downtown Athens and UGA. The space Our home has 3 bedrooms with 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Full beds. The owner's suite has the king with a huge ensuite bathroom complete with double vanities, soaking tub and large walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd room has two full beds. These rooms share the full bathroom in the hall. The kitchen is very large and features a commercial 6-burner gas range, island with bar seating for 5, and is very well equipped for cooking and entertaining. Coffee aficionados will enjoy the Bezzera espresso machine, Eureka grinder and more for your morning routine. Ample glasses and barware are available in the built-in china cabinet. The large dining room comfortably seats 10, or dine al-fresco on our patio with two tables (seating up to 12) and an XL Big Green Egg for grilling out with friends. If the weather is chilly, crank up the fire pit on the patio. The wraparound porch leads out to our large yard, and 4-top table on the porch is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The living room has a 50" smart TV for easy streaming of sports or movies, and the owner's suite has 43" smart TV as well. The laundry room is available for guests and has a Speed Queen set for convenience. Guest access Guests can park in the driveway and will enter through the laundry room (key code will be provided).
