Escape to a tranquil paradise in the heart of Rancho Mirage. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a sense of grandeur as your eyes are drawn upwards to the soaring cathedral ceilings that grace the light filled main living areas. French doors lead to the backyard with a private pool, spa, dining and lounge area. This lovely home is available for a minimum stay of 30 days. The space Open and airy with vaulted ceilings and light filled rooms, this lovely home is welcoming and comfortable. Living Room with 75" flat screen TV and French doors which lead directly to the pool and hot tub. The dining room offers seating for six with large open arch to the living room making for a wonderful interactive setting. Kitchen offers stainless steel five burner gas cooktop, stainless built in gas oven, built in microwave, dishwasher and french door refrigerator offering a beverage drawer, and freezer drawer. Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, coffee pot, toasters, and basic cleaning items. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offers a split floor plan with two bedrooms on the west side which share a bath and the main bedroom on the east side with en suite bath featuring an oversize walk in shower with two shower heads. All the bedrooms are stocked with two sets of cotton sheets, multiple oversize bath towels, wash cloths, and face towels. Access to the rear yard is easy with four sets of French doors that lead directly to the South Facing pool, hot tub, and patio area. Landscape lighting, overhead string lights, an outdoor sectional sofa, dining table with room for six, two lounge chairs, two pool chairs, and pool floats all available for your use. The rear yard and pool are South facing, which is the most desirable exposure as you will receive the most sunlight throughout the day. This allows for gorgeous sunsets as the sun goes down over the mountains to the west. The pool and hot tub heat is on-demand, meaning we do not heat it when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter. Most resorts heat pools into the low 80's we allow guests that pay for pool heat to heat pool to the mid-80's and spas as high as they like. Please keep in mind, mid-winter, larger pools will have a hard time even reaching mid-80's, pool temperature is not guaranteed, however, generally low to mid 80's is common, even mid-winter. Guests agree to pay for the gas usage during their occupancy of the home. This will be charged at the end of the stay through AirBnb. Heating the pool can get expensive, the hot tub is far less expensive as it heats up very quickly. So Cal Gas gives us daily usage numbers, provided via their website, this will be how we determine the gas usage charge. All adult guests need to be added to the reservation via an AirBNB account, the guest booking the reservation must also be staying at the property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space except for the locked owners closets in the family room.
