The open-plan living and kitchen area is framed by floor-to-ceiling windows offering uninterrupted panoramic views over the lake and surrounding meadows. Natural light flows through the house throughout the day, enhancing the sense of space and calm. The interior is refined and understated, curated with design pieces from Buster & Punch, Svenskt Tenn, Dornbracht, Hay, and Flos. Winter offers sauna and cold swims, cross-country skiing (5 km away in Hultet), long-distance skating on frozen lakes, and exceptionally calm winter landscapes. ★ PRACTICAL INFORMATION • Suitable for up to 4 adults • Limited storage space (drawers under beds and bathroom cabinet provided) • Guests have private access to the entire house, free Wi-Fi, parking, sauna, swim spa, rowing boat, SUP, and grill Guest access Due to the minimalist, architect-designed interior, storage space in the house is intentionally limited. To ensure a comfortable stay, dedicated storage has been thoughtfully arranged for guests. Guests have access to: A wardrobe reserved exclusively for guest use Spacious drawers under the beds for clothing and personal items Half of the bathroom cabinet, cleared for toiletries All guest-designated storage areas are clearly allocated and ready for use. We kindly ask that personal storage belonging to the hosts, including hallway cabinets, is not used. You have full access to the rest of the home, and the storage provided is sufficient for a relaxed stay for up to four adults, while preserving the clean and calm design of the house. Our home is an architect-designed space with carefully selected materials, and we kindly ask that it is treated with the same care and respect you would give your own home. Marble Surfaces The kitchen countertops and flooring are made of genuine dolomite marble, valued for its natural beauty and unique character. Marble is sensitive to acids and heat. Please avoid contact with substances such as lemon or vinegar, wipe spills promptly, and do not place hot pans or glasses directly on the surfaces. Climate & Energy You are welcome to use the air conditioning systems, and we kindly ask that they are used responsibly with consideration for energy consumption. • Underfloor heating is turned off during summer • During winter, heating is pre-set for optimal comfort – please do not adjust the settings Sauna Please always: Use a towel when sitting in the sauna Shower before entering Avoid using lake water in the sauna Be mindful with water usage Turn off the sauna after use Bedrooms & Swim Spa Bedroom temperature can easily be adjusted before bedtime for optimal sleep. For the swim spa, please: Shower with soap before use Avoid submerging your head to keep the water clean Do not use all jet streams at the same time Always replace the cover after use Water purification runs automatically at night and takes approximately 2 hours.
