Built over 118 years ago, this historic farmhouse is full of character and quirks but has all of the modern amenities you could need. With spacious living and bedrooms, it's perfect for large families or group trips but cozy enough for a couples getaway. Regardless of why you’re visiting, we hope you find a connection to this little farm town and that you can find some peace and relaxation at The 1905 House. The space Our home has all the necessities you need whether you’re coming to town for work, weddings, family, or fun! It has been recently refreshed with new paint and fresh furniture. In it you’ll find four bedrooms (2 - King, 2 - Queen) and two bathrooms, one upstairs (with a tub) and one main floor. On the main floor you’ll also find a spacious living room with a 55” TV, dining room that seats 8 and a cozy office. Off of the fully equipped kitchen you’ll have access to a washer and dryer. During the summer and fall months (and spring if you’re lucky) relax in one of our rockers on the front porch. With the original woodwork upstairs, large windows that fill the room with natural light and personal touches, we hope you’ll find this space to be a cozy home away from home. Guest access The 1905 House is located in the heart of Maryville, 3 blocks from downtown where you’ll find multiple bars, restaurants and activities such as axe throwing or shopping.
