With the city growing so fast it’s nice to be in the center of it all without spending a lot of time getting places. You will be within walking distance of Geodis Soccer stadium, neighborhood restaurants, 2 miles from Broadway Honky Tonks Downtown, 2 miles to Vanderbilt and Belmont campus. Two right turns out of the neighborhood get to the Wedgewood exit off I-65 and make for easy accessibility during traffic at all times of day. The space Private room off the kitchen. Your own private bathroom with standing shower, toilet and sink. Guest access Access to kitchen and common areas in the front of the house. Hallway bathroom has a bathtub and is a shared bathroom. Backyard and patio area with a 1000 gallon swimming pool. Fence is not secure as there is construction nextdoor and holes in the fence until new fence being built. Room for some storage in the basement. Kitchen space and fridge available. Full dish and cookware available. During your stay I’m here to help however you need. We can give you space or show you around town. My kids will be with their Dad three weekends a month so will be calmer times and more lively times. Our family values stating needs and giving space since our home is on the smaller side. Staying in communication during a month stay is how we’ll make it great.
