Includes bedroom, full bathroom, dine-in area, and living space. TV and WiFi! Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, etc. Quiet street, plenty of parking, and is close to everything! No parties. No pets. $300 fee will be assessed if a pet is brought inside the basement. Long stays are negotiable. During your stay Guest have their own private entrance and space.
