The space Tucked away in the vibrant Silverlake/Echo Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, our home offers the perfect blend of serene retreat and urban adventure. Just minutes from iconic landmarks like Dodger Stadium, Downtown LA, Hollywood, live music venues, museums, and Universal Studios, it’s your gateway to everything this city has to offer—while still giving you space to breathe, relax, and reconnect. With 2,200 square feet of thoughtfully designed interior space on a 5,000 square foot lot, this home invites you to create cherished memories with the people you love most. The open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area is the heart of the home—bright, airy, and connected directly to the front yard through walls of windows. A Sonos sound system sets the mood, and a welcome basket of snacks offers the first taste of your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary adventures, featuring filtered water, a gas range, a Jura coffee and espresso machine, an air fryer, and kid-friendly essentials. The dining area seats eight comfortably, and three barstools at the kitchen island make casual meals just as enjoyable. As the day winds down, retreat to one of the spacious bedrooms: The Primary Suite offers a king-sized bed with a brand-new luxury mattress, a 55-inch Smart TV with complimentary streaming apps, an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower, and direct access to the patio which overlooks Downtown LA, complete with a dining table for eight and a comfy sectional to take in the view. Bedroom Two features a cozy queen bed, a large closet, and a mini-split AC unit for comfort. Bedroom Three is perfect for kids or extra guests, with a twin bed and pull-out trundle, closet space, and its own mini-split unit. The Back House is a charming detached space with a queen bed, half bath, wall AC and heat, and closet—ideal for guests seeking a little privacy. Or put up the Murphy bed, and use the space as your gym. Downstairs, a family room invites you to unwind with a 65-inch Smart TV, Sonos sound system, a record player, and a retro Ms. Pac-Man machine. The large sectional sofa is made for movie nights or midday naps. Step outside and you’ll find your own private oasis: a saltwater pool and spa, optional heat available upon request, surrounded by lush landscaping and lounge seating. Enjoy sunset cocktails by the fire pit or grill dinner on the natural gas BBQ and griddle. A sectional sofa offers the perfect spot to gather with friends or family under the stars. We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay—from towels and hair dryers to family board games. High-speed internet, an EV charger, and a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and ironing supplies ensure a seamless experience. Please note: While our home is designed for comfort and connection, it is not a party house. We welcome people looking to enjoy a peaceful stay, but we kindly ask that bachelor or bachelorette parties look elsewhere. Come stay in a space where every detail is curated with care, and every moment feels like home. Guest access You have exclusive access to the entire home (except our storage room - which is not pictured). Other things to note NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - NO ENTERTAINING OF OUTSIDE GUESTS PET POLICY NO PETS ALLOWED - If any pets enter the property, you will be charged $250 per day of your rental (i.e. 5-night rental equals $1250). POOL & SPA HEATING Heating costs are billed upfront for the entire duration of your stay. We ask that the spa not be kept on 24/7 and turned off whenever it is not being used. October 15th-April 15th $75/day - Spa only $200/day - Pool & Spa April 16th - October 14th When the pool is covered, it often does not need heating during summer. $75/day - Spa only $125/day - Pool & Spa ADDITIONAL CLEANING: - For stays longer than 5 nights, we recommend a mid-stay cleaning, which we can coordinate. - If BBQ Is used, we will charge an additional $100 for cleaning.
