Beautiful 2 bedroom Cottage with living room, kitchen , 1 bath - Ideal for small family up to 6 . Perfect for 4 people. (2 queen beds and a pull out queen in living room ) -Large screen porch -Large grassy lawn -Plenty of free parking -Wi-Fi -TV -The river is across the street. -7 minutes to Main street of Warresburg - 12 minutes to Main Street Lake George -10 minutes to Gore ski Mountain -minutes from ADK hiking trails all over - 5 minutes to Cronins golf Course on the river -Fire pit The space The Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans , plates etc. I provide coffee and tea but all other essentials need to be brought with you. I have a well , with awesome water ,no need to bring bottled water . There is : The microwave is a small convection oven , air fryer also . crock pot, coffee maker. Refrigerator There is a breakfast bar seating for 4. There is 4 TV dinner trays in the closet in living room. Living room: The area has a couch and 2 chairs . The couch fold out into a Queen bed . The linens are in the closet along with extra pillows. the TV is a smart TV and is connected to the internet and a RoKu is the way to manage the TV. Prime video is available or you can log in to your own accounts. The internet password is on the bottom of the modem next to the TV to connect your phones and lap tops Bedrooms: both bedrooms have a queen bed and a dresser and a rack for your suit case and a small hanging closet. All linens and blankets are sanitized and available Bathroom: All towels and shampoo and conditioner and body soap available The is a hair dryer and a first aid kit if needed. Screened in Porch: -Table and chairs -Paper plates and table cloth for our side picnic table -Fire starters and lighter for fire pit -Chairs for the fire pit Driveway: Private driveway ,and you can drive right up to the cottage. There are solar lights that will light your way around the property if needed Guest access The large lawn and hiking trail in the back. The fire pit and water fall is all available for you to walk around and to enjoy. Great place if you have a dog
