Private house with 2 bedrooms. Has Deck with amazing views. Full kitchen, indoor fireplace. Bathroom with bath and shower. Piano for musicians to enjoy and smart TV. Deck is perfect to Barbecue on with views of Pichicolo fjord. Bed linens and Towels provided. House is reached by path through steep countryside with garden stairs. May not be appropriate for guests with mobility issues. Please be aware the large Deck has no railing. May not be suitable for families with small Children- baby gate. The space The house has an open plan living area with glass sliding doors that open onto a large deck (with no railings- may not be suitable for families with small children- we do have a baby gate that can be placed on the sliding door in the lounge) with views of the Pichicolo fjord, islands, Hornopiren Volcano and Pacific ocean. The high ceiling with large windows allows in sunlight even in the Winter, making our Antique Fireplace the perfect place to read a book or just enjoy the views on cooler days. Our Kitchen is large and open plan allowing for group or family cooking sessions. Our large Smart Tv can be manipulated to face all areas of the open living area. The piano is perfect for musicians to entertain whilst their group Barbecues on the Deck or cooks inside in the kitchen. The tiled bathroom with bath tub is very popular to relax in, bathroom sink has shaving mirror that magnifies and lights up. There is a wood burning Hot tub on the property that is available on request at additional charge. Guest access Guests have access to whole house. And are welcome to explore the property. However we advise for guests to be aware of the gradient of the terrain. The property has other Dwellings on it, so we ask guests to be courteous of residents in the other units. Other things to note The property is on a steep incline so walking up to the parking area may be strenuous for guests with Mobility issues. We have 2 pet dogs on the property, whilst being very energetic they are friendly and love having guests to rub their stomachs or throw a stick for them. Again we like to remind guests that the large deck has no railing. So we ask guests to be careful whilst enjoying the use of the Deck. The wood burning Hot tub is an additional cost and needs atleast 4 hours prior notice to be heated. May not be available if water levels for area are too low.
