Part of a house with a garden

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes. The space You will have the whole bottom floor at your disposal and also access to the garden that is fully fenced. There is a parking lot right outside the house. The master bedroom has direct access to the shower and bathroom and the other bedroom has curtains but no doors or own bathroom but there are two toilets. The single bed has no doors and is part of the living room Guest access The whole garden is yours to use but I might need to pass there sometimes to get my bike or water the grass. If ok with you I will let the dog out once before going to bed at night or in the morning sometimes
