It has plenty of natural light, live plants, well-lit areas perfect for reading, working, or simply relaxing for a while. The kitchen is spacious and connects to the dining room, living room, and inner courtyard. The terrace is perfect for observing the city and is also the appropriate and designated space for smokers. Guest access You will have access to the entire space, common areas such as: - Living room - Dining room - Kitchen - Terrace - Inner courtyard - Laundry area - Bathroom *The only thing not accessible is the other bedroom. During your stay The guest has the first and most recommended option to communicate through the Airbnb app at any time. If there is any issue in the apartment or a question about using any appliance and it's urgent, they can contact me through my personal number or WA. If it's necessary for me to be there in person due to the situation that needs resolving, that's also possible. Other things to note I live in the apartment in the other bedroom. It's very rare for me to be home as I travel a lot outside of San Pedro Sula for work. I have this extra bedroom, and it's perfect for a stay in San Pedro Sula.
