Staying at Lancaster House is a comfortable and convenient experience that you'll LOVE. Our spacious and cosy home is perfect for large groups/families. With four comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a charming outdoor patio area, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our property is located in a peaceful neighbourhood, but still just a short distance away from local shops, restaurants, and attractions. We look forward to welcoming you! The space Lancaster House features four bedrooms that are designed to provide comfort and privacy to guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable bed, quality bedding, and ample storage space for guests to store their belongings. The rooms are usually spacious enough to allow for easy movement and relaxation. All rooms contain wardrobes, bedside units and TV's. Some rooms have a desk space for a convenient place to work at a laptop. The common areas of the property, such as the living room, dining area, and kitchen, are often spacious and designed to encourage socialising and relaxation. Guests can expect a clean and well-maintained environment that is equipped with all the essential amenities to make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Guest access As a guest at Lancaster House, you will have full access to the entire space, including all four bedrooms, the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, you will have access to the outdoor patio area with outdoor seating and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings with family and friends. We want our guests to feel at home during their stay and enjoy all the amenities our property has to offer. Please note that some areas may be off-limits for safety or maintenance purposes, but we will communicate these clearly to you before and during your stay. Other things to note Before booking Lancaster House, there are a few special things that we want our potential guests to know... First, our property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, so we kindly ask that guests respect our neighbours' peace and privacy by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. Each room has a multi-purpose charging cable and USB/iPhone compatible bedside lamps. The living room contains a 'charging station' with space for 6 phones and a smart watch, as well as a 4G router so you'll never be without an internet connection. However, please note your experience may change depending on the number of devices connected to the network. All TV's have smart technology with access to online streaming. No streaming services are provided, all guests must use their own accounts. There is a fridge freezer in the utility room, with additional fridge in the kitchen island. There is also a wine fridge. Utility room includes clothes horse, iron and ironing board. Guests are strongly encouraged to recycle appropriately. Dry paper and cardboard must be recycled separately (purple lid bin). Finally, we want our guests to know that we are committed to providing a clean and sanitised space for their stay, and we follow strict cleaning protocols recommended by health authorities to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
