Schedules can be unpredictable, so feel free to let yourself in at noon (or any time after) on check-in day. Check-out is always at noon the day you plan to head out. The space The home is perfect for those in town up to groups of 5 in town for business or work trips, family visits or anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable and clean stay. The home is pet-free and a great option for those with animal allergies. Hunters are always welcome. The house is located in a residential neighborhood very close to local highways. It’s about a mile from access to Highway 65, about 2 miles from Highway 10 and Highway 24 and roughly 27 miles from I-70. Your stay includes a single level home with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, a large workspace, front room and living room with a reclining loveseat and couch for extra sleeping spaces. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, day bed and trundle as well closet and dressers for clothing storage. A pack-n-play is available for families upon request. The house has free, fast and recently upgraded WiFi and a TV with a Roku. The bathroom includes a bidet attachment, tub, and shower with removable shower head and grab bars. The large driveway can fit several cars, street parking is also available in front of the house. Plus there’s a cozy back porch, spacious yard and a view of beautiful old maple tree and the woods if you want to enjoy the backyard. The decor features an eclectic mix of Missouri-made and locally sourced vintage pieces, antiques, and artwork. Laundry and a dishwasher are not included in the home at this time. Guest access Guests have access to the entire main floor of the home. Other things to note Laundry is not included in the residence at this time.
