Beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house with everything you need to make this your home away from home! Fully equipped kitchen with the essentials complimentary. The main bedroom has a king bed, a large walk-in robe and ensuite with a double shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom a king single and toddler cot. Second bathroom has a bath and shower. Fully secure front and backyard with enough parking for 2 cars or when towing a boat/trailer. The space This family friendly home has everything you’ll need during your stay and is within walking distance to the cafes and shops of Swan Hill. Our outdoor area is perfect for entertaining with a Beefeater BBQ and smart TV. An open plan kitchen, dining and living area with the option to close the living area off with the sliding doors, to make it extra cosy. WIFI is available in the entire house and the smart TV in the living room is already logged in to Netflix/Stan/Disney+ for you. The split system in the living area is big enough to keep you hot+cold all year round, however a portable heater/aircon is located in the master bedroom for that extra warmth/chill and can be moved around the house as you please. All bedrooms have plenty of storage with their build-in-robes. The laundry is included with a washing machine, washing powder and pegs. The third bedroom has a permanent cot in room, a portacot is available as well in case you 'd like to keep your little ones close by (will fit in both bedrooms). The kitchen has 1 high chair already, a second one can be arranged if need be. Guest access The garage will be locked but access can be provided upon request, if anything needs to be stored out of sight. The third bedroom will be locked according to booking. Fully secured front and backyard where the kids can play safely and furry friends stay put. Secure parking available at all times under carport. Other things to note Please contact us if you’d like to bring your pet with you. Willing to consider allowing pets if needed; however never are pets allowed inside the house. Strictly outside only.
