Welcome to our urban oasis located at the edge of Madison, Wisconsin, overlooking a nature reserve. This newly renovated spacious escape is just 5-minutes from the airport and 15-minutes from the state capitol. The space This house has 2 bedrooms upstairs, an open floor plan with 5 patio doors overlooking the pool, and a generous lower level with a spa, gym and second living area. The oasis consists of an upper and lower deck, a grill poolside all within a fenced in backyard. Pool open Memorial Day - Oct 1st. City of Madison Zoning Permit #ZTRHP1-2023-00007 Guest access Guests have access to the entire home during their stay except locked storage and a private room upstairs. Other things to note - CHECK-IN - Keypad entry check-ins. You're welcome to drop-off your luggage after 12pm. However, the house will not be ready for check-in until 5pm the day of arrival. - CHECK-OUT - Guests must check-out by 12pm on the departure day established in their reservation. - PARKING - There is free street parking and space for two cars on the driveway. - HOUSE RULES - This home is designed for responsible adults and we ask guests politely to respect the following: • No smoking • No parties • No pets unlisted on reservation ($49/night) • No unauthorized guests/visitors • Quiet hours: 10pm – 8am. We love our neighbors! • Please remove shoes! - POOL RULES - • No tampering with the control panels • No removal of the pool filter basket • No Heated Pool without prior approval and paid deposit ($70/night)
