Escape to our stunning modern A-frame cabin, perfectly nestled among the majestic Norway pines and overlooking a serene private lake. With 4 spacious bedrooms, the Stave House is your ideal getaway for family gatherings, friends’ retreats, or a peaceful work-from-home experience in any season. Enjoy exploring the lake in a canoe or on snow shoes. The space Bedrooms: - Lower Level Master - King Bed, Walk-in Closet, Dresser, Vanity Space. - Lower Level Twin Room - 2 Twin Beds, Dresser, Closet. Great for kids! Room can be made pitch black and quiet. - Main Level BR - 1 Queen Bed, Closet, Desk Workstation - Loft BR - 1 Queen Bed, Clothes Storage, Desk Workstation Common Spaces: - Main Level Kitchen features a large island w/ seating, new appliances including a dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc... - Lower Level Rec Room includes a large smart TV, over-sized sectional couch, and mini fridge. - Main level living room has a cozy sectional couch with an electric fireplace. - Loft Space is our favorite space in the house! It features a custom made love seat overlooking the great room and lake. This space also connects to a side balcony with a pair of Adirondack chairs. Outside Amenities and Activities: - Year round guests can enjoy our large grill, fire pit, and pyro tower. - In the warm months we provide a canoe, kayaks, life jackets, and other fun amenities to enjoy the lake. - During the snowy months, we provide snow shoes and guests can enjoy direct access to snow mobile trails and a groomed trail cross country ski path (usually) on the lake. Guest access You will have full access to the house. Laundry room is available upon request for guests staying longer than 4 days. Other things to note Internet!: We have lightning fast fiber internet at the house. It is a great place to work remotely. Backwoods roads: Note the short private road that leads to the property does include a hill that can require a 4-wheel drive vehicle during snowy months.
