Guest access This residential complex comprises six units, with the majority (five) being occupied by long-term tenants, leading to occasional foot traffic within the building. The apartment, situated on the second floor (note: no elevator access), features a dedicated entrance and one designated parking spot can fit 2 sedans with one car parked behind the other. To maintain the authentic character of the property, we’ve preserved the original windows. Currently, we're awaiting special parts to fully restore their functionality—these are on backorder but will be installed as soon as they arrive. For now, some windows may not open as intended. Charging fees are set at $0.4 per kWh, with a $1 connection fee. Be mindful that idle fees apply after 30 minutes; however, this fee is waived between midnight and 6:00 AM.
