House with small pool near Paris

Welcome to our 120 m2 house, located in Montreuil (the Brooklyn of Paris) 15-20 min from the center of Paris by metro (direct line 9). We live in it all year round, but when possible, we offer it for rent. It is ideal for a family of 4, or two couples. Completely renovated in 2022, it is a little slice of heaven with a swimming pool in the city center. We do not have parking, but it is possible to park on the street. The space The house is our personal home. We live there year-round and we rent it when we are not there to let vacationers who have come to discover Paris enjoy it. We therefore ask tenants to take care of it. Montreuil is located right next to Paris, accessible by direct metro (less than 20 minutes from the heart of the capital). It's a popular, family-friendly, safe town. The house consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed (a double bed (140 x 200) in the master suite and a sofa bed (140 x 200) in the 2nd bedroom). Skylight in the master bedroom, curtain in the 2nd bedroom. Two bathrooms are available in the house: one with shower and one with bathtub. The kitchen is furnished and equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). It includes a dining table and is open to the living room (with a chaise longue sofa). A flowery courtyard of 20 m2 is available for lunch/dinner and to cool off in a small pool. The pool is not a jacuzzi. It is heated from mid-May to September, depending on weather conditions. We will not be able to heat it sufficiently if the outside temperature is below 25 degrees and if the weather is too bad, because it will not be possible to obtain a correct swimming temperature. The accommodation is not secure (unfenced pool 1.40 m deep, staircase without railing, upstairs windows without child safety). Children are therefore under the supervision of their parents. We do not accept any responsibility for accidents. Bed and bath linens (except pool towels) are provided. No access to a washing machine, iron. No access to the fireplace. TV is accessible, except streaming platforms. The house is quite cool, even in summer, but there is air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom. A fan in the other room. The house is located in a quiet subdivision with neighbors nearby. Parties are forbidden. The house is also non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in the courtyard (then throw your cigarette butts in the trash). The house does not have personal parking. However, it is possible to park on the street (paid: about 35 euros per day), free on weekends and in August. Possible to find free places 5 min from the house. Guest access The whole house, except the office. Other things to note The house is not suitable for young children. The pool is not secured, nor are the stairs to the 2nd floor. Children are under the responsibility of their parents. We do not accept any responsibility in case of an accident. The pool water temperature is related to the outside temperature. Below 25 degrees outside, it will be difficult to maintain a swimming temperature above 25 degrees. The pool will only be heated from mid-May. Please avoid late arrivals as much as possible (not after 8 p.m.).
