Brent's Solar Powered House in Camella

Brent's Home in Camella is located in Puerto Princesa City. It is a safe, secure, and gated place. The guests will no longer experience brown outs as the house has solar power. Hot and cold water are available 24/7. It has 2 floors, a carport, and a terrace for sunsets. It's 10 min from the airport, 6 min from the city center. It features a full kitchen, washer/dryer and includes WIFI, Netflix, 3 A/C (living room & 2 bedrooms) and a safe. Designated taxi is available, guest will pay. The space The house has 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. The bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, loveseat, TV, cabinet, and access to the terrace. The other room has a bunk bed and cabinet. Both rooms have RGB lights with Bluetooth. There is another bathroom on the second floor. A carport is available for guest's parking. Guest access The guest has full access to the house. They will be checking in thru Smart Lock. It is easy to use. I will be sending the guests instructions on how to use it. There is no need to worry about losing or misplacing the key as the guests will be using a code to enter the house. Other things to note Brent's home can accommodate 6 guests. There will be an additional charge of PHP400 for each person after 4 guests. Please note that children and infants must be included in the number of guests. There is a security camera installed outside the house.
