Atelier Wehingen near Saarschleife and Luxembourg

Welcome to our large and cosy open-space apartment in the quiet village of Wehingen. It has a private entrance, parking just in front of the entrance and the entire unit is just for you. It is perfect as a holiday nature escape in the Saarschleife Area, but also suitable for long-term rentals for cross-border workers in Luxembourg. The space This is a bright 70sqm open-space studio which has everything you need: - King-sized bed; - Large dining table; - Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and utensils; - Dedicated private bathroom and toilet; - Expandable couch where additional two people can sleep; - Workspace area with a large desk. The sleeping area is partially separated from the living room space with a large wardrobe, for some privacy. The view next to the bed overlooks the garden with a big cherry tree and the rural landscape in the background. The studio is located on the second floor, please note the stairs on the last photo. Parking is available just outside the front door. The private entrance provides space for the storage of bulk luggage or bicycles. Feel free to use the bench in front as a patio. Guest access The entire studio is only for you. We have access to the stairs and the attic on the second floor, but we rarely use it ;) Other things to note - Please note that we are not a business, not a hotel, not professional hosts. We are just opening part of our house for travelers, expats who are just arriving in the area, or anyone who wants to enjoy the space (what initially airbnb was all about). Yes, you have the space just for yourself, but it is still our private property so please treat it with respect. Thank you! - Currently, there is no washing machine in the studio, however, we can arrange access to the washing machine in the main house, if needed. - Please note the stairs in the last photo, they are your main access to the studio.
