Guest access Guests will have access to the home, community pool, and kayak launch. Access the home via keyless entry. Unique code will be given with check-in instructions a few days prior to arrival. Other things to note No pets allowed. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk. -Maximum occupancy is 4 people and Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. -Do not use the hot tub if you are intoxicated or using drugs/medication. -Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, have heart disease, diabetes, or other serious illnesses. -No glassware is permitted in or around the hot tub area; please use the provided plastic/acrylic drinkware. -No food, smoking, pets, or bubble bath/oils are allowed in the tub. Please note that the view from the upper balcony has been impeded due to recent construction in the neighborhood. A house has been built in that open lot.
