You can expect 3 lovingly furnished rooms, each with its own shower room in a 300-year-old natural stone villa - with a wonderful view of the hilly landscape of the Marche. The main attraction are the 4 cuddly house cats that live with us in the Casa and in the garden. They are always happy to be petted. :) The space The 3 romantic rooms are furnished with a double bed and a private shower room (toilet, washbasin, bidet and shower). The shutters are equipped with mosquito nets. All rooms are lockable. Possibility of preparing coffee and tea in the shared kitchen, use of the fridge and dishes. Wifi is freely available throughout the house. Guests also have access to a cozy courtyard with seating. The guest washing machine in the laundry room can be used on request. Guest access In the courtyard of the entrance area, a small seating area invites you to relax. The 3 rooms are accessible via a bright staircase. The rooms and the kitchenette are all on the first floor. Other things to note The old historic house with its thick natural stone walls is very spacious and stays pleasantly cool in the heat, as do the rooms.
