Cozy Luxe Downtown Valparaiso Stay

Welcome to “Chalet Valpo”! A historic carriage house located minutes from the heart of Valpo that we have had completely gutted and made new for you! This home is a carriage house, it is located on our personal property. You have complete privacy during your stay in a private fenced in area. Do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. Walkable to downtown Valparaiso! NO CLEANING FEE! The space When you first walk into your cozy stay you will be stepping right into the living area that also includes a laundry space. When you look to the right you will step into the kitchen and dining area. Going back into the living space you will find a staircase that brings you upstairs to an open concept, bedroom, and bathroom. Outside we offer a covered patio with two lounging chairs and side table to relax. Valparaiso University - 3 minute drive Journeyman’s - 5 minute drive Downtown Valparaiso - 2 minute drive/10 minute walk Downtown Chesterton - 20 minute drive Downtown Crown Point - 30 minute drive Downtown Chicago - 1 hour drive Indiana Dunes National Park - 22 minute drive Porter Regional Hospital - 15 minute drive Porter County Fairgrounds - 10 minute drive Please do not hesitate to reach out to see how far we are from a place you may need to visit during your stay! Tiny house, tiny dogs. Only dogs under 25 lbs are allowed. $50 dog fee. Before booking please reach out to let us know your breed of dog. Some breeds under 25lbs are not welcome. Thank you! Guest access You will park on the street and from there walk down your private sidewalk to a gated entrance. After entering you will be in a private fenced area with a covered patio. You will then enter the front door and enjoy your cozy stay! Other things to note Tiny house, tiny dogs. Only dogs under 25 lbs are allowed. $50 dog fee. No Cats.
