Welcome to Our Charming and Private Carriage House in Downtown Brooks! Located in the heart of downtown Brooks, our cozy and private Carriage House offers the perfect retreat for your next getaway. Just a few minutes' drive from the historic downtown of Senoia, you'll be near an array of delightful restaurants, quaint boutique shops, and the world-famous filming locations of The Walking Dead. The space **Comfortable and Convenient Accommodation** Our studio is situated above a detached garage and features a fully stocked kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, and microwave (NO STOVE). The microwave also functions as an air fryer, broiler, and heating unit, perfect for preparing a quick snack or light meal. Enjoy your meal at the breakfast nook or take it to-go as you explore the town. **Important Details to Note** - **Parking:** A designated parking space for up to two vehicles is available. - **Garage Access:** The downstairs garage is not accessible except for laundry use. Parking inside the garage or using it for storage is not included with the rental. **Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements** The Carriage House can comfortably accommodate up to four guests with a cozy queen bed and a trundle bed featuring two single beds. You'll also find a spacious walk-in closet and a bathroom with a SHOWER ONLY. **Modern Amenities for a Relaxing Stay** Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and unwind in front of the Smart TV. Built within the last five years, the Carriage House was designed with comfort and self-sufficiency in mind, making it a perfect home away from home. **Ideal Location for Exploring** Just 35 minutes from the Atlanta airport, our Carriage House is conveniently located in Brooks, a charming town close to the historic downtown of Senoia, the Town of Trilith, and the Hampton race track. Whether you're here to visit the famous filming locations of The Walking Dead or to enjoy the local cuisine and shops, our Carriage House serves as an ideal home base for your adventures. We look forward to welcoming you to our Carriage House and helping you create unforgettable memories in beautiful Brooks! Guest access The gate entrance located between the garage and the main house. There you will find a set of 20 stairs leading to the second level of the detached garage and the entrance of the studio apartment. We use a keypad lock which is super easy and code will be provided prior to check-in. Once you are through the door, the studio is all yours and you are welcome to the backyard, it’s a private space. Other things to note Kids of all ages are welcome. A crib/ Pack n Play is not provided or available for infants. Please plan accordingly for your stay. There are stairs leading up to the studio. Kids are welcome to the backyard and play area.
