Brand new mountain getaway w/ hot tub!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene brand new construction home in beautiful Sugar Hill. This home has exclusive and private waterfront access to Streeter Pond on seven acres of private wooded land if you fancy the comforts of home or explore the beautiful outdoors of the White Mountains including Cannon Mountain, Loon Mountain, Bretton Woods, Franconia Notch and Mount Lafayette, or explore the the towns of Franconia, Littleton, Bethlehem, and Lincoln. The space The kitchen and living room are open concept main floor. There are two bedrooms on the second floor that overlook the main living space. Each bedroom has its own queen sized beds, closet, side tables, extra chair, and linens in the closet. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower/tub on the second floor. Guests also have the half bathroom and laundry on the main floor. If I’m not traveling, I am likely staying in the finished basement that is a separate living space and in-law type apartment. I usually work from home and Wrigley is always a great housemate and office guest. You have complete privacy and exclusive access everywhere else, but don’t be alarmed if you see a friendly pup outside in the yard. I am here as needed and will go about my daily day, but happy to interact to your level of privacy and comfort. Wrigley is the most gentle pup and will want to sit by you, but she understands when you need your space and don't want an animal nearby. Guest access You will have private access to the entire upstairs main living area including two bedrooms on the second floor, both of which are lofted and overlook the spacious open concept living room and kitchen. Walking out of your bedroom you will have direct views through the gigantic floor to ceiling windows. The upstairs space also has a private bathroom with double vanity and shower-tub combo equipped with the amenities you'll need to feel right at home. The guest bathroom on the first floor, living room and kitchen are all for your enjoyment as well. Other things to note There is a separate unit in the walk out basement that may be occupied by me or other guests. It is secure and separate from the main house with separate entrances. You will have your complete privacy and exclusive access of the main living space.
