Welcome to your new home away from home! This renovated lake-home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, breathtaking views, a spacious kitchen and dining room, private office space, a private dock with viewing deck and more. Its central yet private location gives easy access to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, wineries, restaurants and more. Ample parking, sleeping options, and yard space makes this home perfect for families, small/medium groups, or just yourself! This home is a light filled lake retreat perfect for families, groups, couples, or just yourself! The home is located down a private gravel road. At the end of the road, guests will find a parking area for around 3 cars. After parking, a flight of stairs will bring guests down to the lakeside home. Please note that there are numerous stairs (as with most properties in the area). This allows for walk out lake access while still having a great amount of parking! There are two entrances via the outside stairs. The first entrance leads to the second floor, where the bedrooms are located. Further down, a spacious patio entrance leads to beautifully renovated kitchen. In the kitchen, guests will find ample counter space, a microwave, oven, stove top, refrigerator (with door water and ice), and a dishwasher. Between the kitchen and living room is a large dining table with seating for 6. Off of the dining room is a bonus room with desk and a small sitting bench/single child bed. This room can be closed off from the rest of the home, making it great for getting work done! Past the dining table, a light filled living room with a long bay of windows invited guests to enjoy the spectacular views. A large couch and chair provides ample seating to watch TV or just soak in the views! Upstairs are three bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom contains a queen bed, one a full, and the last a bunkbed with double on the bottom and a single on top. Outside, guests are able to enjoy a spacious private dock with an upper viewing deck, a rare feature on local lake homes! Kayaks are also available for guest use! Please note that boat docking is not allowed at the home. The entire home is accessible to guests, including the dock and viewing deck! Please note that kayaks are used at a guests own risk. Our neighborhood is a wonderful collection of lake homes, both full time and seasonal. With a central location, our neighborhood is within arms reach of Ithaca, Watkins Glen, wineries, restaurants and more! With ample parking, getting around the entire Finger Lakes has never been easier. The private road is off of the main road into Ithaca and a straight path to Taughannock Park. Many wineries are also in short distance. Please note that kayaks and other lake activities are at a guests own risk.
