The space Situated in a quiet and peaceful gated community, the roundhouse offers panoramic views of the water and golf course. Wrap-around decking gives guests ample lounge space and room to enjoy the abundant wildlife, including swans, turtles, herons, egrets, fish, bald eagles, and more! The circular design of the cottage makes the interior of the house both airy and intimate. The house was built in the 1970's and many of the features are original to the property, including a quirky and cozy circular bathtub. Our photos provide an accurate representation of the age of the home and our many amenities. We are continuing to make improvements to the home to increase guest satisfaction, including a new deck, windows, range, and refrigerator. Guest access Guests have full, unshared access to the living and dining rooms, full service kitchen, two full bathrooms, a bedroom with a queen bed, washer and dryer, front yard and patio, and wrap around deck. Limited lake access is available from the shore. Other things to note New for 2025! We are excited to be able to provide guests with a new, larger stove top and oven. Due to size restrictions in the kitchen, we had to remove the dishwasher from the property. Please note that the pictures depicting the dishwasher are no longer accurate and we are waiting for updated photos of the property to be completed. Thank you for your understanding! Please note that the lake is only partially full, due to the rebuilding of the dam. The pictures show an accurate representation of the water level around the house. We're excited for the future and a full lake again with the new dam and will provide new listing photos once the work is complete. We love kids, but the Roundhouse is not child friendly. The house is not suitable for children or babies due to the water surrounding the house. Only adults are permitted to stay in or visit the house. Please keep that in mind when booking with us.
