Fully stocked The space Double carport with access straight into kitchen. Open kitchen / living room and dining room layout. Kitchen Fully Stocked - including some items needed for cooking, trash bags, zip lock bags, cleaning supply, etc. Master bedroom with private full bath (tile shower). extra soap, shampoo and condition, toothbrush if you happen to forget yours, etc. 2nd master with tile around tub. This second bath has access for bedrooms 3 and 4. Guest access Guest can access main level. Walk up attic is off limits and basement is in the process of being finished so for now it just houses owners office equipment. Please don’t access basement or attic. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay is on the one level - 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Other things to note The home comes completely stocked with snacks, laundry soaps, kitchen cleaning supplies, initial toilet paper and paper towels. All linings and towels included. Games and puzzles are provided as well. Pet Policy We must know in advance if you are bringing a pet. This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable fee ( weight limit 25-35 lbs each, 2 pet maximum) Dogs only! We allow more than two pets only on a case-by-case basis. By bringing a pet, you agree to the terms of our very specific rules for pets including: no pets on furniture (including beds and sofas), unattended pets in the home must be crated, and many other strict requirements. If we find evidence of pets on furniture, you will be charged $100. If we find evidence of pets damaging the property, including using the bathroom in home, you will be charged $200. Pets brought without advance notice will be charged $250 plus the normal pet fee. Pets brought to home that do NOT allow pets can result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.
