Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located accommodation. The space Wonderful bright and sunny flat in the centre of Como with two balconies. Location: Our flat is only a 5 min walk from S.Giovanni train station or a 10 min walk from Como Lago Nord train station. In 2 min you are on the lively & popular Piazza Volta and in 5 min on the romantic lake promenade. The car can be parked directly in front of the door in the public (paid) parking. Balconies: The flat has two balconies. On the large balcony there is a daybed where you can read a book in the morning and midday sun. The small kitchen balcony is perfect for breakfast or relaxing in the evening sun with a glass of wine. (Note: The small balcony is designed for a maximum of 2 people). Sleeping arrangements: In the separate bedroom is a very comfortable 160x200cm double bed with 'memory foam' topper and extra large duvet 220x240cm. In the spacious living room there is a comfortable sofa bed (140x200cm). Home office possibility: There is a small workstation in the bedroom and the flat offers fast wifi. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped. With the Nespresso coffee machine and foam maker you can easily make your own cappuccino. Up to 4 people can eat at the round table in the kitchen. Bathroom: The daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower bath tub, bidet, washing machine and dryer. Entertainment: Since September 2025 we have available a smart TV Beamer which can be set up in the living room or bed room. Important! The flat is part of a large residential complex with a gatekeeper. The entrance area of the house is video-monitored and therefore very safe.
