This beautiful new centrally located studio is tastefully decorated. Are you coming to Ouddorp to enjoy the beach and nature or to windsurf or kitesurf? You will definitely feel at home in our studio! Enjoy the cozy center of Ouddorp, and within 10 minutes you will be on one of the most beautiful beaches that Ouddorp has to offer. The space The studio consists of two rooms; the living room with kitchen and dining area and the bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet. In the living room there are two armchairs, a sofa, a coffee table, a side table and the dining area with dining table for 4 people. The sofa is also a double sofa bed. The luxurious kitchen is fully equipped with a combination oven-microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-burner induction hob, kettle and a Senseo coffee maker. Furthermore, everything is available to cook extensively. The spacious bedroom has a double bed (160x200) with 2 bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe and a rack for towels and toiletries. The shower has a rain shower head, sliding door and the sink with mirror has a soap dispenser. Outside, there is a hardwood terrace where there is a lounge set with cushions. Outside is a tap to rinse sand and salt water from surf gear. Other things to note You can park for free within a short walking distance from the studio in the P3 de Goudsmiene parking lot in the city center. The studio is located in the city center of Ouddorp. Within walking distance, about 150 meters away, there is a large supermarket, cozy shops and various restaurants. The accommodation is energy efficient, is electrically heated and is gas-free so you won't be faced with unexpected energy costs. Our co-hosts Susan and Frank live next to the studio and are your direct point of contact. They can and would like to provide you with all the comforts to make your stay even more beautiful, such as breakfast, grocery service, bike rental, help with booking restaurants or beach activities, local surf spots, etc. Ask directly about all the possibilities and rates. Pets are welcome (maximum 2), but we will charge 15 euros extra per stay for the cleaning costs. They are not allowed on the bed or on the sofa or chairs.
