Zandvlei Room: 18 m² with king size bed 183 x 200 cm. False Bay Room: 17 m² with 2 single beds 91 x 200 cm. On the ground floor is the Marina Room: 19 sqm with 2 single beds 91 x 190 cm. This room is accessible without steps on the entrance level. There is also a desk for undisturbed work. Each bedroom has its own closet. The Tafelberg room is adjacent to a dressing room. Through this you can reach the 15 sqm ensuite bathroom. It is equipped with - 2 freestanding sinks - a walk-in, open Grohe Rainpowder shower with thermostat - a bathtub - a toilet with bidet shower and a - make-up area area. For heating, a mirror with infrared heating and a heated towel rail are available. The 2nd bathroom on the 1st floor has 2 washbasins, a walk-in, open Grohe Raindance shower with thermostat, a toilet with bidet shower and an infrared heater. There is a guest toilet on the entrance level. This is also where you will find the new, modern kitchen with a brushed granite countertop. It has a Smeg gas stove with electric oven, microwave, De Longhi coffee machine, a spacious Samsung fridge/freezer with water dispenser and ice maker with crushed ice and ice cubes. The refrigerator and an additional faucet at the sink are operated with filtered water.

Here you can relax or spend a convivial evening playing. Or play pool in the adjacent room. At the dining table for 8 people, you can enjoy both the food and the fantastic view. This area is also equipped with a combined air conditioning/heating system. The house has a latest generation alarm system and cameras outside. The in-house power supply using batteries and solar panels protects you from the ubiquitous power outages and allows uninterrupted access to high-speed Internet with 100 Mbps fiber optic cable. On the terrace there is a dining table for 8 people and 2 lounge seats for relaxing. A solar-heated pool and a large wooden deck are also provided. It is located in the most beautiful location right on the waterfront. The house is surrounded by water and the balconies on the 1st floor are unsuitable for very small children. Children must therefore be supervised at all times. Linens are changed free of charge after 14 days. Consumables such as dishwasher tabs, detergent, toilet paper are provided for the first 7 days. Guest access You have access to the whole house, garage and garden. You can ride a pedal boat. We have reserved storage rooms and some of the abundant cabinets for the cleaning staff.
