Centrally located in Manati, close to shopping, Premium Outlets, supermarkets, hospital, pharmacies, Casino, and restaurants. 12 minute drive to famous Mar Chiquita Beach, and the north coast from Manati to Vega Baja where you can enjoy local delicacies and beautiful beaches. There is also easy access to highways to San Juan, Dorado, Western Puerto Rico or the Central mountains. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at La Casita. The space Beautiful and cozy house with open spaces and fully equipped. AC in every room, kitchen, living room/tv room and outdoor balcony with lounging furniture and propane grill. Guest access All areas of the property are accessible to guests, with the exception of a small storage room in the driveway area and the stairs leading up the hill at the back of the property. Other things to note Garbage Cans are located inside a fenced area towards the left side of the property when you look at it from the front.
