Only 700 meters, or a 10-minute walk, from the Historic Center, with easy access to Paraty's main tourist landmarks. In addition, we are 6 minutes from the bus station, making it easier for you to get around. Close to markets, pharmacies, restaurants and snack bars, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips. Enjoy the tranquility that our guest house provides. The space Cozy, family-friendly and quiet guesthouse – ideal for resting and enjoying Paraty. We offer a quiet and cosy atmosphere perfect for couples, families or groups of friends. We have 5 rooms in the options: double, triple, quadruple and quintuple, with a total capacity for up to 18 people. All rooms have air-conditioning, TV, minibar and private bathroom. The daily rates include a delicious breakfast prepared with affection. The pool is available every day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. We accept small and medium-sized pets, with a one-time fee of R$80.00 per pet for the entire stay. Guest access Common areas with unrestricted guest access include: • Swimming pool, available daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. • Balcony equipped with hammock and chairs for rest • Living room with sofas and TV • Breakfast room All common areas are accessible to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. During your stay Welcome to our guesthouse! It is a pleasure to welcome you here and we hope you have a peaceful and enjoyable stay. At check-in, we provide a keychain with the gate and room key, allowing you to enter and exit at any time, with complete freedom. Opening hours: - In-person reception: from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. (note: it is not 24 hours) - Breakfast: 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. - Swimming pool: from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Guesthouse Policies: - No smoking inside the rooms and in the enclosed areas of the inn. - When leaving, turn off the air-conditioning. - Room cleaning: must be requested by 12 noon. Housekeeping will not be carried out with guests or pets inside the room. - The cleaning and changing of bed and bath linens are done after 2 nights. - It is not allowed to take towels on outings. - Towels for use in the pool are available. Our reception is digital! If you need anything, send a message — you will be attended to with all the care and agility, straight from the comfort of your room. Other things to note We do not have parking, but the street of the inn is super quiet and always has a vacancy. We are located in the Center of Paraty, parallel to the main avenue, 700 meters from the Historic Center. We accept small pets, with a one-time fee of R$80 per pet, it is not per night, it is a one-time fee.
