There's also a nice patio area w/a fire pit, BBQ, folding chairs and small tables for your outdoor enjoyment. Please note, for security purposes, there are 3 Ring video surveillance cameras on the property, all outside of the home; 1 at the front door, 1 over the garage facing the driveway & 1 outside the side entry door under the breezeway. Colfax is a wonderful, small & historic town w/thrift, antique & specialty shops on the main drag, just 25min from WSU, 35min from U of I in Moscow, & an hour from Spokane. The surrounding Palouse is a photographers dream and Kamiak Butte is also just a short drive away. This location is perfect for the family/friends getaway anytime of year! Guest access The garage is locked and not part of the property listing. It is not for guests use. The bed that's stored in the unfinished basement also is not part of the advertised listing. There is an air mattress in the hall closet on the main floor for guests use. Other things to note The property does not have an air conditioner. There is a whole house fan located in the hallway and the switch to turn off/on/adjust is just under it, outside the laundry room door. There are 3 thermostats throughout the home to adjust the room temperature to your liking; 1 in the dining area, 1 in master bathroom, 1 in the hallway just outside the restroom.
