This house is located 6 minutes from all shops and a supermarket (Bouloire). You are 35 minutes from the city centre of Le Mans and its old town. You are also 30 minutes from the famous 24 Hours of Le Mans motor racing circuit and its museum. The Loire Valley is 25 minutes away with its vineyards, castles, and La Flèche Zoo (1 hour by car). There is also the very beautiful and pleasant forest of Bercé. The nearest Loire Valley chateaux are a 90-minute drive away There is also a very pleasant amusement park (Papéa) at the entrance to Le Mans Guest access The entire house is accessible.
