Charming house in the countryside

Enjoy a moment of relaxation in the countryside and quiet in the middle of the fields The house is on one level with a 32 m² living room, on a 2500 m² plot You have a charcoal barbecue under the pergola. Hiking is possible on and around Maisoncelles, a document holder for this purpose will be at your disposal. Small detail, the toilet is separate from the bathroom. You can have a closed garage if you want to put your vehicle (car or motorcycle) The space Welcome to the Sarthe Perche! We prefer a self check-in, but if you wish we can be present. This house is 6 minutes from all shops and a supermarket (Bouloire). You are 35 minutes from Le Mans city center and its old town. You are also 30 minutes from the famous 24 Hours of Le Mans race track and its museum. The Loire Valley is 25 minutes away with its vineyards, castles, La Flèche Zoo (1 hour drive away). There is also the very beautiful and pleasant forest of Bercé. The nearest Loire Valley castles are 1.5 hours away by car There is also a very nice amusement park (Papéa) at the entrance to Le Mans. Guest access The entire house is accessible. Other things to note The house is a non-smoking place. We prefer self check-in, but if you wish we can welcome you! There is a garage that we can make available if necessary.
