The space Large space with plenty of things to do inside and out! *Please be advised * This is my permanent residence. The home design does have one room and bathroom in the lower level that is only accessible by the main living space of our home. For your comfort and security this section of the house has a double locked door (one deadbolt accessible by the guest and one deadbolt accessible by myself). That being said, the basement rental is secure and only accessible by the guest's main door. The rental is 100% a private space for guests. My family and I will do our best to be unheard during your stay but there is a chance you may hear us using this space. Absolutely no parties allowed in this unit. Guest access Private entrance, private movie theater, private parking. Other things to note Trailer parking, and horse stalls available. Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have maintenance constantly spraying and servicing all of our properties. Sightings are rare but possible. An occasional sighting is not a reflection of the cleanliness of the property. You must be at least 25 years old to book this unit. No parties allowed.
