Within minutes from Snow Canyon State Park, Tuacahn Theatre, Dixie Convention Center and several beautifully maintained city parks. It is a 30 - 40 minute drive to Zion National park. Close by is Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek Reservoir, Gunlock Reservoir, Ivins Reservoir, AND MORE. If you are looking to spend time recreating in the outdoors or at Sports Village, this is definitely the place. Just outside the door, you are at Green Valley Gap for hiking, rock climbing, or some of the most amazing bking in the state. The condo is comfortable, newly remodeled and boasts some of the most amazing views in the morning. There are two spacious bedrooms, master bedroom with king bed, large closet with shelves and large 55” ROKU TV. Master bath offers double sink vanity and large garden tub. The guest bedroom offers comfortable queen bed, large closet with shelves with extra room for an air mattress (if needed). The guest bath with tub/shower is large and adjacent to the bedroom. There is a new pack-n-play in the guest closet for the younger guests. The kitchen is fully stocked for service for 12, although there are only 8 allowed, there are plenty of plates, silverware and cups, so you will never run out. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, bowls and basic seasoning ingredients. The kitchen table is large, counter height and comfortably seats 8.Great for eating and playing games. One of our favorite things to do. The patio right outside the dining room is covered for morning shade and afternoon heat. A patio table seats 6, with extra chairs if needed to lounge and enjoy the beautiful views and offers indoor/outdoor dining. And the best part, unobstructed views. ENJOY!! The living room is large and comfortable, couch and two oversized comfortable chairs for watching movies, visiting and resting after a long day of playing. The user friendly Murphy Cabinet bed is located on the TV wall. Dedicated bedding and comforter for the 9" thick foam mattress provide opportunity for a restful night sleep. Guest access The condo is located on the lower level, you will have to navigate down some stairs to access the condo, but once inside the condo, it is single floor living. No more stairs. Parking is free. Park any where right outside the building and on the street. First come, first serve. The garage is not accessible to guests at this time. Other things to note Club house access keys available. $50.00 fee for lost key. Top of the line window coverings throughout the condo and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The curtains in both bedrooms are blackout, which provides a very comfortable morning if you choose to sleep in. ***Please note the curtains are not spring loaded. All you have to do to open them is gently push from the bottom to the desired opening and to close, gently pull down. The sliding glass windows, gently pull on the chain to open and close. Sports village is close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, hiking and biking trails, and several golf courses. Other details to NOTE: **No PETS or smoking allowed on this property. Any pet or presence of a pet or smoking will result in, but is not limited to a $300 fine. **No extra guests allowed **No parties or events allowed. The club house has a pavilion with BBQs and can facilitate a large gathering. NO large gatherings or parties at the condo. **No fires in the condo, and no open fires around the condo. HOA prohibits gas grills and fireplaces. Kitchen: fully equipped with cookware, pots, pans, utensils and complimentary paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher soap.
